Returns & Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, please email us within 30 days at hello@pointproshop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Regarding damaged, or incorrect items, please send photos so we can process your replacement immediately.

Refunds

If approved for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
